The Proccess
I kick-started the process in a local café, armed with a pen, paper, and a fresh batch of black cup of coffee. My goal was to generate ideas and conceptualize the three 'Es of the event that represent different stages: Empower, Equip, and Encounter.
I began to draw out three shapes for three ‘Es - Each ‘E’ stage becoming a distinct shape or symbol. What if we expanded this concept and created clusters of shapes, each representing a gathering of people? This could symbolize the idea of community and shared experiences through a shared journey that was the event.

Challenge & Outcome
Initially, I struggled due to the absence of a clear direction, or a defined brief. My task was therfore to interpret the core 'ideas' and thus formulate a compelling reference point. By Articulating the event concepts in a simplified visual way I created a design framework for the main audience - young adults and teenagers. With a particular focus on education and initiation.
The objective was to convert the event into a visually impactful experience that would not only be unforgettable but also serve as a rallying call, inspiring attendees to come together and experience transformation together.
Outcome A design language or system that was instantly recognisable – youthful and beyond words.
01 Process – Forming the Jesus Generation Grid with the three ‘E’ Stages in shape form.
02 Process - Developing a central idea and truth for all design to emerge out of.
03 Process – Execution. Shape and image culminate together with both the grid and central idea of people gathering together and the call: Raising Radical Revivalists. The aim was also to infuse a sense of movement into the images. This would symbolise the participants of the event transitioning from one location or phase to another, thus providing a visual representation of transformation.
